About Me

My authenticity and sense of humor intersect with a lifelong passion for the performing arts to bring music, poetry, pop culture, and anything else that moves my clients – most often couples, womxn, teens, and the LGBTQIA+ community – into the therapy room.  With the awareness of how healing one’s relationship with sexuality can reduce shame and bring about a more empowered and authentic life, I am dedicated to being a sex-positive therapist.

I am passionate about working alongside the LGBTQIA+ community to provide a non-judgmental, gentle space where my clients can be their most authentic selves. Whether you are grappling with identity, identity-based trauma, navigating mixed-orientation relationships, or just looking for an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I would love to support you through your journey.

I also find that sexuality and intimacy can be a core part of the human experience. However, they are often complicated by shame, taboos, and insecurities. Through vulnerability, acceptance, healing, and education, I believe sex therapy can increase our ability to connect with ourselves and others. My hope is that sex therapy increases self-compassion, decreases shame, and helps move you toward your authentic relationship with sexuality, whatever that looks like for you.

I am passionate about helping my clients navigate significant challenges in their lives. I provide a safe space to explore personal goals, understand and practice skills to overcome roadblocks, and manage anxiety and depression.

I am skilled at providing guidance and support for couples seeking better communication, connection, balance, and passion in their romantic lives. I utilize Gottman Method Therapy to assist couples in building happy and satisfying relationships. The tools in Gottman Method Couples Therapy provide people the skills to build friendship, manage conflict, support life goals, build trust and commitment, and share a satisfying sexual life.

My clients describe me as warm, authentic, and grounding. I provide clients with unconditional support and compassion while always striving to create a safe environment where my clients can approach therapy with vulnerability and courage.
